Vice President and Trust Officer 

Reppard Gordon serves as Vice President and Trust Officer at Caldwell Trust Company, boasting more than two decades of financial expertise. His role involves assisting individuals as a trust officer and guiding businesses through Caldwell’s retirement planning services, primarily focusing on south Sarasota County, including Venice, North Port, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Englewood, and other areas in Charlotte County from the Venice office.

In addition to his professional commitments, Reppard actively engages with the community by serving on the boards of Younglife, Pregnancy Solutions, and Charlotte Community Foundation. He also contributes to the finance committee for Charlotte Community Foundation and is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Charlotte.

Reppard's journey in finance began in 2001 at Bank of America, where he progressively advanced to become a trust officer. He later joined M&I Bank, which was later acquired by BMO Harris Bank, as a Senior Vice President and Florida Regional Manager of Premier Services in 2007. Excelling in various roles such as Retail Market Manager and Senior Vice President, Reppard's most recent position was as Branch Administrator and Executive Vice President at Premier Community Bank of Florida—Sarasota/Manatee.

Educationally, Reppard holds a B.S. from Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC, with a major in international business and minors in financial planning (trust management) and business management/marketing. He also fulfilled a German language requirement at the Goethe Institute in Staufen, Germany.

Beyond his professional and educational pursuits, Reppard and his wife, Summer, reside in North Port with their three children, Aggie, Repp, and Sawyer. Summer actively homeschools their children, teaches swim lessons through the Swim Like Sawyer Infant Swimming Resource, and works as an interior decorator. The family enjoys engaging in outdoor sports, horse training, raising farm animals, and dedicating time to volunteer work at their church and InStride Therapy.
