Molly Setsma, CFP®, is a financial professional with a strong academic background in finance and business. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, earning Magna Cum Laude honors. She continued her education at FAU, earning her Master of Business Administration in 2024 and graduating Summa Cum Laude.

During her time at Florida Atlantic University, Molly was a member of the Division I Women’s Soccer team for five seasons and served as team captain. Her experience as a collegiate athlete helped develop her leadership, discipline, teamwork, and commitment to excellence—qualities she brings to her professional career.

Molly began her career in financial services as an intern with Caldwell Trust Company in May 2024, gaining valuable experience in financial planning and wealth management. She joined Caldwell Trust Company in August 2024 and has continued to develop her expertise in serving clients and supporting their financial planning needs.

In July 2026, Molly passed the CFP® examination and earned her CFP® certification after meeting CFP Board’s education, experience, examination, and ethics requirements. As a CFP® professional, she is committed to providing financial planning services in accordance with CFP Board’s Standards of Excellence.
