Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Leonard Nagel, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for developing the company’s long-term technology vision. He is the leader of Caldwell Trust Information Technology. 

Prior to joining Caldwell Trust, Leonard has served as SVP of Technology & Services for 6 years and VP of Support Services for 10 years at Suncoast Solutions, a leading commercial software manufacturer in the Hospice and Home Care vertical.  Leonard started his career in 1994 at Health Care of New Orleans Services, a health care software vendor, as the IT Director.

Leonard holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration in Quantitative Analysis/ MIS from Louisiana Tech University along with minors in finance, management and computer science. He is also a member of Florida Bankers Association. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two children Hansley and Haiden.
