Gina B. Jordan

Gina B. Jordan, CFP®, CTFA

Senior Vice President and Trust Officer

Gina brings extensive experience in trust and estate administration, acquired over 35 years in the industry. She joined Caldwell because she sought a well-run and locally-based firm, and Caldwell Trust Company meets those requirements.

She was a senior vice president and team leader of personal client services group at Northern Trust for over 25 years and was a trust officer with Southeast Bank/First Union Bank.

Gina was born in Orlando and grew up in Washington, Pa. She graduated magna cum laude from Wheeling Jesuit College with a B. S. in business administration in 1981 and returned to this area in 1982. She has continued to broaden her education over the years, graduating in 1991 from the National Graduate Trust School with the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Adviser. In 2007 she earned the designation of Certified Financial Planner.

Besides her commitment to clients' needs, Gina is an active community volunteer. She and her husband Bill—a real estate appraiser with Chapman and Associates—are passionate proponents of therapy dogs. They have become certified handlers through their training with Southeastern Guide Dogs, and with their Rottweiler Rocky, the Jordans are members of the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. They bring Rocky to programs at Ringling College, USF, and special activities like helping autistic children meet Santa. In addition, Gina has been a past board member for Children First and Children's Haven and has also volunteered her services to Tidewell Hospice and Women's Leadership Initiative. Currently, she serves as the second vice president of the auxiliary board for SPARCC (Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center) and is a member of the finance committee for Resurrection House. In addition, Gina is a member of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council and Charitable Gift Planners of Southwest Florida.

Gina and Bill reside in downtown Sarasota and have three grown daughters, two of them twins.
