Donna Scaglione is an experienced member of the Caldwell Trust Company team, bringing a unique combination of banking experience, legal knowledge, and deep local roots to her role as Vice President & Trust Officer. Her career reflects a commitment to serving clients and the community with knowledge, professionalism, and care.

A Venice native, Donna began her banking career shortly after graduating from Venice High School. She spent more than a decade in the financial services industry before pursuing her longstanding interest in the legal field. For more than 13 years, Donna has worked closely with local estate planning, probate, corporate, and real estate attorneys, developing extensive knowledge of the legal and administrative aspects of trust and estate planning.

Donna joined Caldwell Trust Company as the firm continued to grow and has since taken on increasing responsibilities within the Trust Administration team. Her advancement to Vice President & Trust Officer reflects her experience, dedication, and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and their families.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys outdoor activities, singing, and music. A lifelong member of the local community, she brings a personal and knowledgeable approach to her work with clients and their professional advisors.
