Margaret Maisto

Margaret "Marge" Maisto is a veteran of 25 years in healthcare administration. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a master's in education from Seton Hall University, a masters's in nursing from Rutgers University and an Executive Education Certificate from the Wharton School of Business. Marge has served as senior vice president for a community medical center in New Jersey; and retired as President and CEO of Tidewell Hospice, Inc. in Sarasota. In her ten years at Tidewell, she guided the not-for-profit from serving 450 patients daily in its four-county service area to serving over 1,500 patients a day through hospice and pre-hospice programs. 

Currently Marge volunteers at the Women's Resource Center in Sarasota and serves as an Executive Consultant at the Nonprofit Resource Center of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County. 

Marge has been a Director of Caldwell Trust Company in 2011 and serves on the Audit and Trust Committees.

As a registered nurse, Marge has spent her career providing care and being concerned for the physical and emotional well being of patients. When invited to join the Board of Caldwell Trust it was a comfortable evolution for her to work with a company that cares about the well being of their clients, providing guidance and support through life's transitions.
