With almost thirty years of invaluable fiduciary expertise, a steadfast commitment to community service, and a profound familiarity with Bradenton and Manatee County's people, institutions, and organizations, Alisa brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Her journey at Caldwell began in 2021 when Reppard Gordon, the Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer at Caldwell, introduced her to the company's core values and culture. Alisa's banking career started in 1994 when she began working part-time at Barnett Bank while pursuing her college education. Over the next two decades, she refined her knowledge and experience, eventually holding positions such as branch manager and vice president at BMO Harris Bank for Sarasota and Manatee.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Alisa is deeply dedicated to contributing to her community. As a lifelong Bradenton resident, her ties to the area run deep. Currently serving as President at Realize Bradenton after starting as treasurer in 2021, Alisa's involvement extends to roles such as committee member for 40 Carrots Family Centers' Firefly Gala and Wine, Women & Shoes. She has also held past board positions at organizations like Junior Achievement and the Bishop Museum of Science and Nature, where she chaired the 2019 Annual Gala. Alisa's exceptional dedication was recognized when she was chosen as the United Way Ambassador for BMO Harris Bank in 2021, representing the Sun Belt Region. She has also served on the Client Experience Council and held the role of Florida Chairperson for the Alliance for Women. Additionally, she has contributed as a member of the Community Investment Committee of the United Way of Manatee County and has been an active volunteer with various youth sports organizations since 2005.

Alisa's family includes her husband, Jody Craton, her two sons, Jacob and Cade, along with their rescue dog, Jett, and Cane Corsos Luna and Ivey. The Craton family shares a passion for football, basketball, and tennis and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities offered in Florida, such as fishing and boating.
