Trust Companies of America, Inc. was formed in mid-1995 to serve as parent to all of its operating subsidiaries and divisions, each of which provides a specific trust or financial service to the general public under its own identity. Caldwell Trust Company is currently TCA's largest subsidiary. This structure has enabled us:

< TD>
To create one entity for the purpose of financing each individual business unit; and
To take advantage of the efficiencies garnered from cross-use of staff, talents and facilities, and to effect savings that allow our client fees to be held near the lowest in the trust industry.

The following organization chart shows TCA's present structure and future plans.
